Mandeep was very quick to act, setting up several viewings which made it easy to narrow down to a specific property. I let Mandeep know my budget, and that I wanted the unit and left the rest to him. It has been wonderful home buying experience with Mandeep. Not only he is a great realtor but he is really good person. He understood our requirements very well. He also told us the factors to look at while buying home like considering school ratings of the area, safety of the neighborhood. While visiting the home tours, we realized he possesses good amount of knowledge about homes like the material used, durability of the various things in homes like roof, plumbing, flooring etc. His knowledge was clearly more than the selling party’s realtor all the times.
