Mandeep is super knowledgeable about the downtown core and I'd recommend him based on his knowledge of the area alone. We'd go to showings together and he would know more about the properties than the listing agents. It was pretty funny when people started asking him questions instead of asking the listing agent. He's definitely a people person and you'll have a great time going to showings with him. When it was time to put in an offer, Mandeep was on point in regards to pricing, he put the offer in with enough room to negotiate for a few things on my terms. This was such a positive experience and I am super happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Mandeep to anyone that's looking to purchase a property.
