Mandeep recently helped us with the sale of our condo and the purchase of a new townhouse. Our condo had a tenant who was smoking indoors and the unit needed repairs to remove the lingering smell. Mandeep helped us weigh our cost/benefit options, connected us with subcontractors who could complete the repairs, and was actively engaged through the entire process. We were able to remove the smell and sell the place for above our asking price! Later when we were looking for a townhouse, he took the time to meet with us to go over market trends, up and coming neighbourhoods, and factors we should consider ie. new city plans and sky train developments. Through his network he found us an opportunity to purchase a brand new townhouse which fit our needs and due to his quick action, we were able to get it at a discount to the current market price. We love dealing with Mandeep, he's built a strong relationship with us and we definitely plan on using him again for future transactions!

Mandeep is so professional and helpful. This is second home he is helping me with and both of the time the experience was outstanding. He will tell you all the details about the house and explain you everything as your elder brother and would always suggest you what is best for you. He is punctual and is always on time, you can call him as many times you want and ask him as many questions you want, he will always be there for your help. I would really recommend him to all my family friends who are planning or want to buy a place.
