Linda listened to what I wanted to accomplish for both the buying of a new property and the selling of my current house (ie. downsize the house and property, new place should have upgrades already done, in the south end of the city, in an established community). She delivered on the objectives that we had set. The purchase and sale were completed with all the necessary steps to meet my expectations. Linda has provided excellent guidance throughout the process, having an extensive list of contacts for such things as cleaners, painters, etc.

Linda was wonderful to work with. She was so knowledgable, flexible, and professional. She was very patient with us and very realistic. It was such a pleasure working with her in finding our dream home. I am confident if it were not for her we would not have the home we are moving into. I would recommend her to everyone I know. We are so happy to be moving into our new home.

We sprung our real estate decision on Linda in very short notice. We weren't actively looking to buy and sell, but a property came up that we couldn't walk away from without looking at. She made herself available, and put aside personal commitments to make sure we had a chance to bid and win our forever home. Her market knowledge and years of experience paid off in spades for us, as we were able to purchase our home for $30k below asking - which is almost unheard of in this current market. Her confidence in negotiating made us feel totally comfortable that we could go in with the conditions we needed to make the purchase possible for us. We also had to turn around and sell our house on short notice once we had secured the purchase of our forever home. Linda's suggestions and help in staging, pricing, advertising had our house sell in 3 days, at list price, 3 weeks before Christmas! We highly recommend Linda and we wouldn't go with anyone else if we need real estate services again. She is beyond professional, and experienced, which is so important when you are making such a life changing decisions.

<p>Linda is very thorough and knows her stuff. She is quick to respond to emails and phone calls and is very pleasant. She tells you how it is and doesn't sugar coat, which is great when you are making such a large purchase. She always has the client's best interests at heart.</p>
