Every step of the way Linda was there to answer my questions and offer guidance on the process of purchasing my first property. Linda was constantly working to ensure I put forward the best offers to sellers to give me the best chance at succeeding in this highly competitive real estate market. I have, and will continue to recommend Linda to friends and family who are looking to buy or sell property in the area. Linda was my agent for buying and selling. She is the epitome of efficiency. I appreciate her knowledge and she was very responsive in her communications. It was a challenging time (COVID19) and proper safety protocols were adhered to - which I appreciated. If Linda didn’t sell, she could certainly teach other agents on being professional by respecting the purchaser/seller.

We knew for our next house that this would be our last move for a long long while and so we weren't in any rush - we wanted to take our time and make the right decision. She was extremely responsive to answering our abundance of questions and always so joyful. When it came to selling our house, she understood and respected our concerns related to COVID-19 and having people come through our house and completely put our minds at ease in terms of how it was being handled and the precautions being taken. She was able to get our house on the market quickly, resulting in a sale within hours. We were thrilled. I cannot say enough good things about Linda - she completely made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision and we knew that she was representing our best interests at all times. We would not hesitate to recommend Linda to others for their real estate needs, she is literally top notch.

Linda D was able to find us the house that suited our needs, our price point and the location that made the most sense for us. We were looking for a house with many main floor amenities including the laundry. Her knowledge of the area was also extensive. Linda was also very diligent in checking age and service of the appliances, furnace and water heater.
