Linda is a rockstar in the real estate business!! I required special treatment with respect to the sale of our property due to a health issue and Linda not only rose to the occasion she soared! Being unable to drive Linda showed immense compassion by picking me up before showings and assisted me in becoming scarce so that potential buyers could view the home in private. This was so helpful on multiple occasions. Linda sold our executive home in an extremely reasonable and efficient time. We couldn’t be more happy and satisfied

Although we had just started looking to buy a modest townhouse, or condo, I was under a significant time restraint. In fact, Linda and I had viewed just 1 property when we parted for the day. On a whim, she was able to book another showing later that day at a place I hadn’t really considered. I had to quickly decide to make an offer since we had been informed that another party was interested and preparing one themselves. She guided me through that process with skill, reassurance, and professionalism. She suggested that if I could, sometimes a note is helpful.... let’s just say that my offer was accepted, it was not the highest, and I know it was because of Linda’s calm, instinctive skill in representing me, as a person, not just a buyer. This home is perfect for me, and the process in which I acquired it was well supported by my excellent agent!

I have worked with Linda D. to buy and sell two different properties over the last nine years, both of which I was very happy with. I used Linda to buy my first house at 24 years old. When my grandmother passed away and my mother and aunt were tasked with selling her house I didn't hesitate to recommend they use Linda and, of course, I was once again pleased with the results. Not only did my family get a great price for the house, but Linda's genuine and caring nature combined with her expertise took much of the stress out of an already painful process, helping us move forward that much smoother.

She had excellent knowledge of the market and understanding of the neighbourhood. Her obvious experience made the whole process comfortable and smooth. She was always available to answer any questions we had and kept us up to date at all times. She gave excellent advise on what to expect in negotiations as well as what items we should address as well as advice on who we could contact. Should I be asked to recommend a real estate agent for anyone in her area wanting to buy or sell a home, I would not hesitate for a second to provide her name and number as the best agent to be had. She guided us through the somewhat unexpected sale of our first home and the purchase of our new home. Her knowledge and expertise made the process of buying and selling with a newborn baby at home easy and stress free. Linda helped us quickly prepare our house for sale and assisted us in navigating the offers that we received. She helped us see the potential in the outdated house that we purchased, providing estimates of costs that we might consider to update it, and she successfully negotiated a deal for purchase that we were comfortable with considering the updates that we wanted to make. She also shared many contacts for contractors to complete the updates -- flooring, drywall, electrician, painters, etc. -- and coordinated having them attend our walk-throughs in order to provide quotes so that we could have work start as soon as we got possession of the new house.</p> <p>We would recommend Linda as a realtor without hesitation. She didn't pressure us to make decisions we weren’t comfortable with, and went out of her way to make sure that we were happy with both the sale and purchase. She was a pleasure to work with and we are very happy clients!</p>

From the beginning Linda was professional and honest as we had to do this for our elderly father we we not familiar with the market in the area Linda was knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us with any minor issues as the arose in getting the house ready for sale.
