<p>Lily was recommended to me by a friend. I am the executor of an estate, and the property was to be sold as a part of the estate. Lily had known the person whose estate property was being sold, and knew the property itself. She was timely in her response to my request for an evaluation and gave me all the information I needed, so that I was happy to choose her as my agent. Lily's knowledge of the area of the city was strong, and the comparable properties she found were reasonable. She listened to my input, listed the property in consultation with me, and came to me with an offer within six days. Although it was a good offer, she helped me in negotiating a better price, which was awesome. Her communication skills were excellent, she was always available to me by text or phone and she had great knowledge of sales techniques and the Calgary market. She made what was for me a rather nerve-wracking experience (because I was away from Calgary) very easy and positive. I was extremely happy with her performance, and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell in the Calgary area.</p>
