<p><br /> Lily was recommended to us by our neighbor Glenn when we wanted to sell our house in Calgary. She came over to our house and we went through the entire home selling procedures with which we were unfamiliar. She recommended putting our home for sale as soon as possible and gave some valuable information on getting our home cleaned and sale ready. We were also going on a holiday in a week so were able to get our home ready for sale and have Lily look after the sale. She also showed us similar sales in the area. I was ready to give her as much information on my house as I could but as a surprise to me she already had more information on our home than I did. As we were on holidays there were many open houses and inquiries about the house. We were kept informed through emails and phone calls on the progress. The house did not sell as quickly as we all expected but eventually the right buyer came along. The closing and dealing with the buyers realtor was all handled in a very professional and courteous manner. We have also become good friends with Lily and Wilson and value their commitment and after sale contact.</p>

<p>We used Lily Chow to sell my Mother's home. It was an easy process, she was accurate on pricing. We had no problems on closing and she handled every detail quickly and with ease.</p>

<p>Lily is a very good listener and has a "no pressure" attitude when it come to communicating with either s buyer or a seller. A diplomat when it comes to telling you exactly what is expected and extremely fair when accessing property.</p> <p>We would recommend Lily and her team to anyone wanting to sell or buy property in Calgary.</p>

Her insight helped in being able to sell a piece of property that others were not able to sell in 3 years.All communication was confirmed per email. She is dependable and prompt in all her dealings.
