<p>I have bought a number of homes and worked with many agents among all of them my experience with Lily was exceptional. She helped me out at every step and was very knowledgable. I always knew she had my interests at heart as she negotiated in my interest.</p>

<p>Lily is the kindest, most professional realtor I have ever meet. She treats her clients with respect and goes out of her way to understand their needs and wants and strives to deliver on all counts.</p> <p>Lily is also a fantastic negotiator in both buying and selling properties. She is quick, concise and gets you the price you want. Lily has been my realtor since 2013. She's helped me buy and sell two properties and will definitely be calling her to help me when I go for number three!</p> <p>I highly recommend Lily and can't wait to work with her again in the future.</p>

<p>She went above and beyond what we expected of her in our first home purchase and was negotiating for us even when we thought it was done. We have recommended her to our friends and they have had the same experience as us.</p>

<p>With a dream of building and living in a house that was 'green' in terms of the environment and energy efficiency and design, my husband and I purchased a bareland condominium site in NW Calgary for "individually designed and built ecologically sound houses in a project that seeks to preserve the integrity of the landscape and harness the natural resources." Unfortunately our situation changed and we had to sell the site, unbuilt.<br /> Lily went to great lengths to find the 'right' buyer who would build within the requirements of the landowner/developer. She was prepared to look 'outside the box' and did indeed negotiate successfully.</p>

<p>Lily helped us find our new home and sell our old home, and was wonderful on both accounts. Prompt on emails, phone calls, getting information for us and finding new properties to view that fell in our guidelines. And was awesome as the seller for us - the sale only took 5 days which took all the stress off of us completely. I recommend Lily to everyone we know that might need a realtor!</p>

She is a very highly reputable and skilled agent.<br /> I have purchased and sold a number of homes with Lily and as a result of my experiences with her, she is the only agent I will use now. She has been far superior to deal with than any agent that I have used in the past.</p> <p>She is very skilled at negotiating (once, I had a good offer come in on my property and she insisted that she could get more from the buyer. She in fact did, and the sale was concluded later the same day for very nearly list price!). She is very knowledgeable about neighbourhoods and the houses in them and I have had no complaints of any kind in my experiences with her. I have recommended Lily to all of my friends who have real estate needs and she has worked for several of them.</p> <p>I cannot imagine a better agent and I will be contacting her for my next home purchase.</p>
