Lea helped me decide if I should sell a pre-construction purchase, now that it was time to close, or if I should lease it out. She presented me with the data and research I needed to make an informed decision, which was to lease the property. Lea then did an amazing job finding a fantastic tenant quickly and efficiently. I first met Lea about a year and a half ago when my family and I were looking for a new rental. One of the best things about Lea is that she keeps it real, if something is not right for you in the home, she will be the first one to identify the issue and tell you to walk. Lea Sousa and the Barry Team have been absolutely incredible! Lea was always available and quick to answer any of my questions, even when I wasn't quite ready to buy yet. And eventually, I decided to buy again! She got me a fair price, guided me through the entire process, (which can be very daunting and scary especially for someone who is on their own doing this), and kept everything 'simple and calm'. That is truly invaluable. I have worked with a few other Realtors over the years, in different situations, but she is the genuine article.
