Lea was amazing throughout the entire home purchase experience. She always gave her honest opinion and did all the research for any extra questions or concerns we had. Communication was absolutely top tier and there was never a time that she wasn't available, if she was going to be away that was always communicated ahead of time. We will 100% use her in the future if/when we are ready to move and looking to sell.

Lea worked with me to find a home that I love. She treated my requirements seriously and did not send me houses that did not fit my needs. She is always there when you need her either for a quick chat or a long explanation. She cares about her clients and wants the best for them. I highly recommend Lea as she has gone over and above every single time for me! Our family and I are so grateful and appreciative of all Lea's dedication and hard work. With her help we are able to sell our house within 3 wks and able to find our forever home. She’s very pleasant to work with. She really listens to what we wanted, but at the same time if our expectations are not realistic she’s not the type of person who will sugar quote. She made us aware of what may or may not happen to avoid any confusion or disappointment. Lea spent extra time looking at all listings houses and filtered them based on our check list, and sends via email only what meets the criteria just to save us so much time. Selling and buying a home was definitely lots work and very stressful, but with Lea’s help she makes things easier. She’s very good at planning and executing them. She prepared plan A, B&C until we met our goal. Lea and The Barry Team really took care of us by proving proper research, comparables, and amazing marketing.
