As a first-time buyer, Lea was the perfect fit for this job. She guided me through every step of the process, from renting to acquiring a home, the mortgage pre-approval process, and closing. Lea took the time to learn my interests and lifestyle, as well as to assist me in setting realistic market expectations. Throughout the home-buying process, Lea was extremely communicative. She promptly returned calls and emails, keeping me up to date on all developments. Her ability to accurately explain complex contract information was quite useful. Even when Lea wasn't accessible, she ensured that someone on her team could step in. I never felt alone during this experience. Lea is awesome! She sold our house in 24 hours, no issues! She was clear amd consise with the other agent and the entire process went beautifully! Then when it came to looking f9r a house....she always did her homework before our showings! She knew all the answers to any questions I had....and if she didn't...she found it! She knew our limits and tolerated all of my 'upside and downs' throughout the process! I didn't know Lea prior to enlisting her to sell our house....but she was great! She always made time in her schedule when I wanted to see a house at the drop of a dime and could easily talk me off the ledge and walk me through process. Strongly recommend! You won't be disappointed!

From the moment we met Lea we were so happy with our choice! Selling your parents' property is not an easy decision for most people. Lea knew I was having a hard time between keeping or selling it. Any questions or concerns I was having were answered immediately, or within the hour by email, phone or text. She also went as far as to suggest her giving any resources (trades and services) to make repairs if I decided to keep the land. She gave us so much feedback from the open house and showings, it was very eye-opening to see the amount work she does for her clients.After all of the paperwork, legwork, showings etc.,and now leading up to our closing date I know I can still ask her for help if I need it and she'll be there for us in a heartbeat.
