Second time having Keith as our agent. First time as sellers. His team provided an excellent service. Even my family thought his work was outstanding (photos,listing,pricing,process, all of it).

When we contacted Keith he responded very quickly. He explained the procedure that would take place before our property would be listed. There would be a team approach to prepare the property for viewing (The Tulip Team) and they did a great job. Our property sold in 2 days and for well over asking price.

Over the last 10 years we’ve dealt with Keith and team on three home transactions (two buying and one selling). Nothing but great things to say about all three experiences. Keith brings a great understanding of the Ottawa market, great customer service and patience to ensure we bought exactly what we we’re looking for. Both homes were great purchases.

This is the second time we used Keith as our agent. He demonstrated an outstanding knowledge of the neighbourhood and property. While going through the property he showed things which should be done and things which were not necessary. He was calm and deliberate throughout the entire process. He provided excellent advice on a host of items. Note that the photographer who took photos of the property was particularly good and very professional. Our house was listed and four days later an offer was made. We would use Keith's services again.

Keith helped us with a military move from 3 provinces away over the course of 7 months. There were no "Sales Pitches" to get us into a house that wasn't right - it took the time that it took. Went the extra mile to make and upload videos of walkthroughs when we were still in Alberta to assist in decision making and then brushed it off like nothing when we then said "nope, not this one." Highly recommended to other CAF members.
