Keith is an excellent professional realtor. We reached out to him for our first home search. We approached many realtors, but we liked Keith because of his preference for in-person communication. That meeting gave us confidence to secure him as our realtor. He educated us about the housing market of Ottawa and interested in understanding our expectation. Within a short period he organized many house viewing schedules . He was very responsive with each schedules and showed up promptly. He has a really impressive approach, which I named as 'Observe and Learn'. As we walked over each house, he was learning our choice. He gave us freedom to explore our thoughts and made us comfortable to share our opinions. Keith's wise suggestion, gave us a better perspective to proceed with the first bid. To our excitement, we secured the same house! Keith introduced us to mortgage agents and legal professionals. Everyone was very talented and helpful. The whole process went through very easily and quickly, just because of him and the team. Securing first house is really a big deal and we are very happy that Keith was with us. He is a man of patience with an enlightening smile. I would recommend Keith as a very efficient, talented realtor, especially for first time home buyers.

I had the pleasure of working with this gentleman, and he's very efficient in terms of how he handles things. I had past experiences with real-estate agents who honestly didn't even know how to edit a pdf, but he's both very computer-literate, as well as guides you easily through everything that you need to know to get started. I want to make sure I stress this point: He is very experienced and knows what he's doing.On top of that, he's also well connected, and can easily get you the resources you require that may be outside his field of expertise.
