We settled in quite nicely, though I'm still learning new things on a daily basis as I'm quite ignorant of many things pertaining to having a home. From how to go about exchanging filters for heaters, and carbon monoxide detectors to things such as energy consumption related to various appliances pertaining to Hydro Ottawa, etc. You have enabled this for us, and the wonderful people per your recommendation that we had the pleasure of dealing with. I wish more people could be like you to be honest, as I had past experiences with real estate agents in my search for a new home (going back a couple of months) who for the lack of a better word didn't quite meet your professional standard. Needless to say, if I ever come across in my circle of family and friends (and co-workers) someone who's looking to buy a new home or in search of one, you are going to be the first person I will recommend them to. As a matter of fact, my boss (or rather chain of command) and his wife were in search of one, and he seemed quite undecided as to where to buy in the greater Ottawa region. I made a strong recommendation to contact you if he had any questions or concerns. Now having said that, the fact that you contacted me both through e-mail and phone after the purchase for a check-up is honestly something I'd see someone do in my family. But it just goes to show the high standard that exceeds mere professionalism but speaks of a genuinely good-natured person.
