This was our first time selling a property. The market was not in a good position but when our tenants gave notice, we knew that it was time to sell. Katayoon immediately helped us evaluate our options and put a game plan into place. She assisted us with tradespeople and gave advice based on our specific needs. We needed a quick sale for as much as possible (doesn't everyone?) Her team was able to show the condo immediately upon listing and we had an offer on the second day. It fell through on their end for financing reasons but Katayoon didn't miss a beat and already had back up showings and 2 new offers the next day. Our condo sold in days with a very fast completion because she pays attention to the needs everyone involved and makes things happen.
