Katayoon has been my one and only real estate agent - she has always made us feel like her one and only customer, even though I know that's not the case. Working with her in both 2016 and 2021, we bought and sold at the height of the boom in BC, in the most complicated and stressful of markets, and Katayoon was with us every step of the way. She responds instantly to questions, helps explains the finer points of buying and selling that are just way above my head, and is there not just as my real estate agent but as my friend. She knows us, me and my family, and works with us on what would be best for us. She got us the best price in both cases, finding us our dream home and working hard to make the purchase a reality, and then went above and beyond in her staging (her niche, her love, she is SO GOOD AT IT!) and selling. She is an AMAZING realtor, and amazing woman, and you are lucky to have her as your agent!

Katayoon helped us buy our first home, and she was amazing throughout the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything to us and making sure we got a great home. She really went above and beyond and is exceptional at what she does.
