Katayoon has been my one and only real estate agent - she has always made us feel like her one and only customer, even though I know that's not the case. She got us the best price in both cases, finding us our dream home and working hard to make the purchase a reality, and then went above and beyond in her staging (her niche, her love, she is SO GOOD AT IT!) and selling.
