I've been dealing with John for over the last couple of years about selling my house in Winnipeg, he never pressured me into listing it. This year I reached out to John and told him I was ready to sell and he been great through it all. He's been totally wonderful to deal with.

John was incredibly helpful to us as first time homebuyers with a modest budget. He guided us through every step of a process that was completely foreign to us, and made an otherwise complicated series of events feel easy. It always truly felt like he had our best interests at heart, and he was very attuned to our needs. With each property he showed, he drew our attention to things that we might not have noticed or even known to look for. All throughout, he was personable and good-humoured, keeping our spirits and morale high during the search. With John’s help we were able to quickly find the perfect home. I’m so grateful we chose to reach out to such an awesome realtor for help with this next step in our lives.

John has been my realtor for years. I have bought, sold and bought again with John's sound advice, knowledge and support. He has been an excellent guide through all of the ups and downs of the process.

I’m grateful my home sold as quickly as it did, but am left feeling as though the sale was merely a transaction. Unexpected and unfortunate circumstances meant I needed to sell my childhood home. It was a highly emotional and stressful time for me and my family, a notion that I don’t believe wasn’t fully understood by John. The sale also included the added complexity of needing to sell the home from afar as I was unable to be in Winnipeg for the duration of the sale. I can only assume possession day went smoothly, and am disappointed to have not heard anything from John directly. I had hoped that the accountability, communication and professionalism I expected of a realtor would continue until the keys were in the hands of the new owners, but am saddened to say that was not the case.

John was very helpful and went out of his way to help me purchase while being out of province and providing me with video walkthroughs and expert advice.

John is such a great guy and really knew his stuff. He stuck with us for months while we tried to find our new home and finally found the perfect place for our family!
