I’m grateful my home sold as quickly as it did, but am left feeling as though the sale was merely a transaction. Unexpected and unfortunate circumstances meant I needed to sell my childhood home. It was a highly emotional and stressful time for me and my family, a notion that I don’t believe wasn’t fully understood by John. The sale also included the added complexity of needing to sell the home from afar as I was unable to be in Winnipeg for the duration of the sale. I can only assume possession day went smoothly, and am disappointed to have not heard anything from John directly. I had hoped that the accountability, communication and professionalism I expected of a realtor would continue until the keys were in the hands of the new owners, but am saddened to say that was not the case.

John was very helpful and went out of his way to help me purchase while being out of province and providing me with video walkthroughs and expert advice.

John is such a great guy and really knew his stuff. He stuck with us for months while we tried to find our new home and finally found the perfect place for our family!

I needed to sell my house quickly so I looked up several reviews of the top ranked agents in my area. There was only 1 review that mentioned a house sold within a month and John Frank was the agent. From our first meeting until my house sold (1 month and 2 days later! and for the price I wanted!), John patiently explained to me every process involved. If you are looking to sell your house I highly recommend John Frank as he has the skills and resources to ensure the process goes as smoothly and quickly as possible.

When I initially met John, I was impressed with his knowledge about his profession. I felt completely confidant after meeting with him, that choosing John to list our home was the right decision, and I was not wrong. John made it quick and easy to list our home and once the home was listed, John was prompt to address any concerns or questions we had and kept in constant communication with us about showings, feedback etc, with automated text messages. There were some challenges along the way, as this was a divorce sale. John handled them quickly & professionally, always being completely transparent and communicating with both parties. John was hard working, communicative and offered solutions to issues that arose and I would list with him again in the future.
