John did a fantastic job helping us find our forever home! He is an excellent communicator and kept us informed about each stage of the process and what to expect along the way. He is very knowledgeable about the market and taught us a lot about purchasing a home and what to look for structurally when evaluating property. He was very patient with us and meeting our needs purchasing a home out of province with the time change and different requirements that come with that challenge.
