Met Jeremy on social media totally out of luck and he is absolutely fantastic! What I was satisfied with the most was that Jeremy always managed to reply promptly to my request, which eventually became a key factor in helping me to successfully purchase a really popular house. Jeremy is apparently very professional in his area and provides me with honest opinions regarding choosing the property. He's also very knowledgeable and resourceful for a wide range of questions I have regarding the house itself, maintenance, potential value, etc. He's also very patient during the process so I could be at ease to follow my own pace to acquire a house. I would love to work with Jeremy again in the future given the right opportunities to either sell/buy/invest real estate!

Sure enough, because of his efforts, we were able to secure a place and get everything on our checklist for a home, plus extras as a bonus. He made it a very seamless transaction because of his guidance and assistance. He explained every details and he was very honest. It took multiple offers and declines, until we finally found the one.
