Amazing experience working with Jark to find our dream home! My husband and I started the house hunt back in December 2019 with another agent but did not get much traction. Fortunately for us, Jark came highly recommended by a friend and we have had the pleasure of working with him since April 2020. Jark is extremely knowledgeable about the property market in Vancouver/BC/Canada and was able to provide us with as much information as we required. Being first time homebuyers, the process was daunting at times but Jark was there to guide us every step of the way. House hunting is always an emotional rollercoaster, let alone during a pandemic when there are multiple offers and bidding wars involved. Jark was always super patient, and acted as a sounding board for us to bounce ideas off. After 3 rejected offers due to multiple bidding wars that all went significantly above asking, we finally have an accepted offer in the area that we had sought after all these years. Not only did we get our dream home but we are also so grateful and honoured to have formed an amazing friendship with you throughout this journey.
