Jark is a very professional agent with a lot of patience and knowledge. He is also very resourceful and willing to share what he thinks about a property. You can tell he really hopes his client can purchase a "worthwhile" property, not just get "a condo somewhere." During our search tour, I feel like I took a very good "House purchase 101" with him. One of the bonuses I got from the purchase is that I was able to gradually identify what a good building looks like! Yay! Thanks to him, I successfully purchased my home with knowledge!
