Jark helped us buy our first place. This was a multi-year process for us, but he was very patient with us throughout and never made us feel rushed. He is a fantastic realtor, always on top of things, super knowledgeable about greater Vancouver real estate market with great negotiation skills. But more than that, he is a great friend who always has the client's best interests at heart. He went above and beyond after the sale had been completed by providing invaluable advice for renovation and even accompanying to some relevant stores and guiding us throughout. Jark has our heartfelt recommendation; he started out as our realtor, but is now a dear friend and confidant. Plus he can make a mean cup of chai :-)
