Amanda and James made our experience purchasing a new home an excellent one. Not only were they very dedicated to working with our schedule (we have a 6 month old), they made sure to make us known that one appointment per day was more than OK. They also were clearly working with our best interest in mind. We lost a few potential houses due to bidding wars, but this was because we established a budget and they made sure our offers were not unreasonable. When it came to finding the house of our dreams they were able to see how much we loved it. They went to the sellers and presented our offer to them making it a little bit more personal which we believe was the reasoning behind our offer being accepted. They maintained daily contact with us and were constantly “on the ball” when it came to scheduling walk throughs and finding out the answers to the many questions we had. I would recommend Amanda and James over any one, any day, any time! Thank you to a wonderful Duo!

James and Amanda have been great to work with as my commercial real estate agents. They are kind, helpful and understanding. They are extremely professional and are great at explaining situations. They handle themselves with integrity and I was very appreciative of this. I would definitely recommend them.

James and Amanda did it again! We had a commercial space that suddenly became available. Upon the first phone call to James, he had someone in mind for the space. Unfortunately that person didn't work out, however it didn't take long to have another person looking at the unit. Businesses require different needs. At times those needs require specific zoning requirements. James and Amanda researched the zoning for our property to ensure it was suited to potential tenants. Communication was fabulous and we were kept up to date on showings and the outcome. Needless to say a suitable tenant was found and a new lease was signed! Everything happened so quickly we easily transitioned from one tenant moving out to the next moving in! We have used James and Amanda a few times now on different properties and we are always so pleased with the outcome. Professional, friendly, and real "go- getters", James and Amanda really are the dynamic duo!
