James and Amanda make up an incredible team. They were very knowledgeable about the area that we were selling our house in, and they were great as far as setting expectations and making us aware of where our house stood in the current market. They're professional, patient, and very down to earth and easy to work with. They were either always available, or very quick to get back to us. There is very good communication between the two of them as well.Our house sold in the time frame that i expected and we received a price that we were happy with.

Amanda and James were excellent to work with. They guided us smoothly through the whole buying process, which was essential for us since we were first time buyers. They always replied to our questions within minutes and supported us through every step. They are both lovely and helpful and I definitely recommend working with them.
