James and Amanda are a great team (Duo). They helped our family through the process of both the purchase and sale of our home throughout difficult times with a global pandemic. They were prompt with their responses and communication. They were available on short notice when we had to see a house. They went above and beyond in the negotiation process of our purchase and all the necessary steps that followed. They marketed our home for sell well and we were extremely pleased to sell our home within hours of list for well above listing. We are happy to say we are in now our forever home! <p>James is an amazing negotiator and got me a really good deal. I was happy with the experience overall. The landlord gave me a $9K allowance which I was not expecting. He was very careful that I would not be negatively affected by any of the language on the contract and did not rush me into signing anything, as other realtors have done. He wanted to make sure that I was happy with everything before signing.</p>
