Eric helped my wife and I look for a house beginning in December of 2018. Eric was great with showing us every house we inquired about. He was always prompt and on time for every viewing and also made sure that we took our time so that we didn't regret our decision. Eric helped us look at very important details, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance of the properties we viewed. When we put in offers on a few houses, Eric made sure to detail the whole process and throughly explain the paperwork that we filled out. Eric was always available to answer questions and concerns we had with the whole process. We finally purchased a house in June of 2019 and could not be happier.

We loved Eric. He was great with us being first time home buyers. He showed us all the steps and helped with every part of the process. You won’t be disappointed.
