I was an out of town buyer, Eric went above and beyond helping me secure a place. He offered his opinion on all house showings, highlighting the pros/cons. All emails were answered within 24 hours. Eric was a great contact for other house services (e.g. electrician, lawyer, windows). He made me feel like his #1 client, even though I know he was busy with other clients. Eric also has an easy going nature, making it very easy to communicate with him. I will use him for any future real estate business.

Eric is the best Realtor I have used. He's extremely informative and went out of his way to help us purchase an investment home in Essex. He not only helped with the purchase, but was invaluable in helping us rent the units. He is extremely generous with his time, and is very transparent and honest. We will certainly be using Eric again for our next investment property.
