We can’t say enough good things about Eric Standel. He helped us sell my dad’s house after he passed, which was an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family. He took the time to come over, walk us through everything step by step, and patiently answer all of our questions, never making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. We also had another property to sell that was a rental, and Eric went above and beyond by helping us navigate a private sale—even though he wasn’t earning a commission.
