Amazing realtor who gets it. Knows his in and outs. Eric is genuine, and integrity and respect are the guiding principles to his practice. Absolutely no issues/problems/worries with his service. You could work with him as a new comer, first time buyer, investor, he can help. Also knowledgeable about commercial. We will be using him again.
