<p>Eric was always professional, a voice full of cheer and encouragement. Eric was my buying and selling agent on this home. If I had a question, or more, he never made me feel like I was too high maintenance or bothering him. He was always positive and encouraging, even when I was feeling a little defeated.</p>

<p>Eric did a great job guiding us to make the right decisions while selling our house. His experience and insight allowed us to sell our house very quickly in a difficult market. As first-time sellers we did not know what to expect of the process and he guided us through the lows and highs very effectively. We were very glad to have him on our side.</p>

Not only is he an absolute pleasure to spend your evenings and weekends with, he goes above and beyond to ensure your confidence.<br /> The proof is in the pudding really, he sold our house for more than listing price, managed to get us a new house for less than listing price AND THEN payed for our movers as a gift!!<br /> It's not even human really?! Hahaha<br /> We can honestly say we would never go with anyone else and we will recommend him to all of our friends and family.</p>
