This is the second home that Eric has sold for my family. Both sales required sensitivity and Eric never ran out of kindness, thoughtfulness and consideration. He adapted to whatever the conversations needed to be; delicate, business, education. Eric always returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner. When it was required, Eric also brought some humour to aggravating situations; it is much easier to keep calm when one has a good laugh. It was our good fortune to have Eric as our realtor; we would highly recommend him.
