Eric puts in the time and effort to really become familiar with each property, understanding it within the context of it's relevant market, the competing properties and the type of buyer that would be attracted to it. Most of our listings have involved the existence of a tenant. Eric ensured that they were regarded respectfully in terms of timing and notice for showings.
