Eric is fantastic!! I was extremely nervous going into this process as a first time homebuyer and with the current Calgary market conditions. However, Eric has helped my husband with multiple past property purchases and sales. Eric worked with us for months before we settled on the area of the city and decided on the type of house that best suited our needs. He was patient and (re)explained every step of the process multiple times. He pointed out important deficiencies or positives in various properties that we viewed to help us find the best possible property. He was patient, always available, and helped to remind us of the ultimate goal and what we were looking for. When we found “our house” the process was extremely quick and he was there for every step of the process - he even did the final walk-through alone as we were unable to attend!   I would recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy a home as he made us feel incredibly safe in all the home viewings, through the financing and legal process, and especially with the home inspection and negotiations.   Thank you Eric!

Eric is a very personable and professional realtor. What I really appreciated was his supportive low pressure style. He patiently walked me through the process and answered many, many questions. He was also excellent at orienting me to Calgary and some of it's different challenges. I would recommend him for an in-person or virtual sale.
