Eric was absolutely the best real estate agent I’ve ever dealt with! From the very start, he was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, checked in regularly with me throughout the entire process, and was also available anytime to answer questions. He is extremely knowledgeable about every part of the city, which made it easier for someone who was moving from another province. Eric is very friendly, very professional and made the transaction go so smoothly. He is all around just a great guy! I will highly recommend him to all my friends and family buying real estate in Calgary in the future.

Eric is the best in the business and one of the most pleasant person to work with. He is attentive, and really integrates his clients personalities and style into his property recommendations and advice. I dont know how he does it, but he always makes clients feel like he is available to them even though his schedule is packed! Eric is very patient and will guide you with ease through the stressful phases of finding and buying the right property for you even in a difficult market. He is incredibly knowledgeable about various areas of Calgary and will seek out any information you might require. He is upfront about potential trade-offs of a property to enable clients to make sound decisions. I could not recommend Eric enough.

Eric was an excellent choice as our Real Estate Agent. Eric helped us by arranging a walk through of our home with a Professional Stager. The companies he used to take pictures and measurements were very professional and fast. Eric also had great recommendations on a Lawyer and Home Cleaner. The sales process is challenging, but Eric was amazing throughout the whole process. We had an offer on the first day! We also bought our next home via Eric. He showed us similar listings, before and after photos and was great in negotiations. I highly recommend Eric Boyd and his team.
