Eric is a customer driver realtor, he has an amazing soft skills and has a good heart. An amazing person who does not push you to buy anything, he wants you to be happy and will provide you with the best input about location, history, he wants to make sure that the house fits your requirements and he makes every transaction so smooth and professionally that is amazing. Eric has been working with my entire family, and he is 100% recommended. He doesn’t just do “his job”, he goes beyond his regular duties. I cannot be more thankful, thank you very much for your patience, kindness, and for all the effort you put towards finding our dream home :)

We recently moved to Calgary and just bought our house through Eric. He is an amazing realtor, extremely professional and always goes the extra mile. We knew pretty much nothing about the city but he helped and guided us throughout the process and even discouraged us from sales that he didn’t think were right. He never rushed us into buying something until he felt it was completely right for us. We are loving everything about our new place and we owe it to him. Eric provides an exceptional level of service. This was my third cross-country work relocation in five years (amidst a pandemic no less!); buying a home was a stress-free experience because of Eric's dedication. He took the time to understand what I wanted and provided honest feedback on homes I could only tour virtually so that I was well informed. What really stood out was the weekend I purchased my home - Eric told me weeks in advance he would be out of the city for a couple of days. Go figure the home of my dreams was listed that Friday. Eric negotiated an earlier viewing with the listing agent so I could see it virtually. Offers were the next day and it turned out there were four other competing offers. His well thought out strategy ensured I had the successful bid! He really went above and beyond with things like making himself available to get trades into the house when I was out of province and checking to see if I had everything I needed post close. I highly recommend Eric and would definitely work with him again!
