Eric Boyd has been my realtor for a few years now, he facilitated with the purchase of my first property to the sale of that house and the purchase of my second home. He is an OUTSTANDING realtor, with a huge wealth of knowledge and skill set for the market. Eric is one of the best out there and a great Realtor to work with. He is exceptionally skilled in simplifying what can be a stressful process and is very attentive to detail. Eric is great, I 100% recommend him as your realtor.

We don't have enough words to express just how thrilled we have been with Eric. We have had other experiences with agents in the past who have been absent, not punctual, nor represented our best interests and we have gotten burned in the past. Needless to say we were pretty skeptical when we were looking for a real estate agent again but finding Eric has been the best decision we have made and has truly blown us away by going above and beyond. He is incredibly quick to respond, he's always punctual, knowledgeable of the market (past and present) and most importantly - he is a man of integrity. We have never felt that his interests have superseded ours or that he has tried to look after himself first, he has always put our best interests and the needs of our family first. Eric has a client for life and we will go out of our way to tell others about him because he really is the absolutely best!!

Eric is an honest and strategic realtor. He set realistic expectations and far exceeded them. Our house sold within 24 hours of listing and for more than we could have anticipated. He kept us in the loop throughout the process and answered any and all questions we had. Highly recommend for any home listing!
