Professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Replied shockingly fast to emails and was always willing to dig deeper on our behalf. By the end, we felt confident in our choice as first time homebuyers. However, Eric is very tall and hit his head on a pipe in the parking garage, so please be careful with him so he can survive to help us buy our second house when it's time.
