Our good fortune was to have Eric Boyd as our Realtor for the selling of my brother's home. This was a delicate arrangement that required sensitivity and compassion and Eric did not disappoint. On top of being respectful of his client and situation Eric's extensive knowledge of the area, his connections and experience with developers and his overall enthusiasm for representing his client in the best possible way contributed to a successful transaction. His guidance through the sale process was excellent; no errors and excellent explanations that were understood by all. He responded in a timely manner to our questions and requests and he was also respectful of the buyer and the buyers questions and requests. Eric provides an exceptional level of service. This was my third cross-country work relocation in five years (amidst a pandemic no less!); buying a home was a stress-free experience because of Eric's dedication. He took the time to understand what I wanted and provided honest feedback on homes I could only tour virtually so that I was well informed. What really stood out was the weekend I purchased my home - Eric told me weeks in advance he would be out of the city for a couple of days. Go figure the home of my dreams was listed that Friday. Eric negotiated an earlier viewing with the listing agent so I could see it virtually. Offers were the next day and it turned out there were four other competing offers. His well thought out strategy ensured I had the successful bid! He really went above and beyond with things like making himself available to get trades into the house when I was out of province and checking to see if I had everything I needed post close. I highly recommend Eric and would definitely work with him again!

He came prepared with sales data and other information at the initial visit and he facilitated an efficient sale process with minimal inconvenience to myself.
