We had an amazing experience using Denis as our realtor. We were literally all over the map because we weren't completely sure which neighborhood and what type of house that we wanted. Denis was super patient with us and kept working with our ever-changing requirements. He answered all the questions that we had. When we put our offer, Denis worked hard to negotiate our desired price. It took us quite some time (because we were so indecisive), but we finally settled on a place and neighborhood and Denis helped us close the deal. We are still very grateful that Denis was so patient with us and gave us the space (and guidance) that we needed to make the right decision for our lives. Denis is very knowledgeable, honest, and easy to communicate with. We will definitely utilize his expertise again when we sell or buy our next home.
