Denis was the complete package when it came to buying our first house. He had helped a little of our family in the past and when my wife and I were about to start our own family he really stepped in to help navigate the home buying process. We and our new family members are very grateful we had him helping purchase our home.

Denis and team provided truly excellent service. Denis took the time to explain the process and answer my questions for both buying and selling so that I understood and was very comfortable as things progressed. During negotiations Denis was very professional, commuincation was both effective and efficient and his offered advice, guidance, and suggestions worked to my advantage. Most importantly to me was the speed with which both transactions were completed. I was greatly impressed with the supporting cast of condo document checking, staging advice, and photography/video that had my place looking the best ever. The pricing Denis suggested was realistic and very competitive to recent comparable sales in the area and building. I am very happy with the outcome on both the purchase and sale of my properties. I wholeheartedly recommend Denis without any hesitation to anyone looking for a solid, ethical real estate professional. 5 stars for sure!
