Denis is the best realtor, which we could recommend to anyone!!! Everything went so smoothly - from the very first contact to the possession date! We are very impressed with Denis's work and professionalism, but the main thing - the way he communicates on just a human level, is very nice and delightful!!! We have got all the answers for each question! Denis was extremely responsive and had all 10 homes we wanted to view scheduled for the day worked best for me and my husband, as we both work crazy schedules. We would, and will, recommend Denis to anyone in the market to purchase a home. We will also look to Denis when we have any future real estate needs. We were impressed with his professionalism and his genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on our new place. The best part is that we now have a new friend - a friendship that will continue to grow!

Denis was amazing. Right from the first time we met we knew Denis would be the one to sell our home and he did it in less than a week with all the COVID problems we have. All his suggestions were great, and his marketing and negotiating were what we needed and he was always there to guide us on what we needed to do.
