Communication..consistently is a key. Romeo once inquired with Denis sometime in 2017, from then on, Denis never stopped communicating how our conditions going, sending greetings on every special occasions, emailing encouragement words and even we don’t respond, he is there with us making us aware that he is just there anytime! So when we needed a Realtor, we never hesitate to trust and lay our situations unto him. He was very polite and responsive to all our queries anytime despite of our pacific & mountain time differences. We have no regrets of entrusting to him all our house selling deals! He is truly a valuable team mate and as what I told him yesterday when he communicate with us once again after the selling, there are no enough kindest words to say to all he has done for us! Denis was very supportive and went the extra mile with us. Especially since we were not in the area he would make extra trips to check things out. Always replied to our text quickly. He is friendly compassionate and very informative. Love his weekly YouTube videos, you need an agent Denis is definitely your guy!
