Denis was professional and patient. I never felt like I was being rushed into anything and that he always respected my opinions and thoughts. I knew that he always had my best interests in mind. I felt that I was well taken care of. During the negotiations, Denis fought hard for my side of the deal. He didn't want complete the sale for the sake of a sale. He wanted to bring the best value for me and for that I am grateful. Even before I entered into the sale agreement with Denis, he would answer any questions that I had and it felt like he would not force me into any agreement. Even post sale, Denis was the same. I was very happy with the entire process. If anyone asks me for a real estate agent referral, I would not hesitate to recommend Denis.

Can’t say enough. Very, very pleased with Denis, the lawyers, the process.....everything. We had never used a realtor before and wasn’t sure it was a good value for what the commission would be. Worth every penny.

The journey of selling my home of 28 years (downsizing) started about a year before the listing, that was one of the first meeting with our agent. Dennis spent the time we needed to talk about the process if in fact we decided to let our home, he understood that it is an emotional journey of such a big change for us and there was no pressure or expectations placed on us to make any decisions. During that time, I did call and met with Dennis to talk about suggestions for preparing our home, Dennis was helpful and knowledgeable about “next steps” we should take and where to invest our money for a solid return when the time came to list the property. Dennis and his team of amazing professionals were able to provide strategies for staging, amazing photos for the mls and pamphlets for the open house, and most importantly let us lead our timeline and understood that it was an emotional journey for us. All appointments For viewings were arranged by text so they were easy to keep track of and if we were away we were able to put the viewings on hold. Dennis and his team provided feedback that they were provided from the viewings that was helpful so we were always informed and felt part of his amazing team. When the time came to negotiate with buyers, Dennis was fabulous! He was able to discuss with us the offers, discuss his suggestions and details we would have never thought of and never impose his opinion when making the final decision but more importantly ensuring we had all of the information to make a solid decision. After we accepted a sale, Dennis continued to ensure that we had the support we needed organizing our own move, providing lists and contacts to assist us with the big move, even at the last minutes of the move! We would recommend Dennis And his team to all of my friends and family in the future.
