As we were purchasing our first home, Deb was incredible to work with. Beyond her knowledge of the market and professionalism, she is also kind, caring and wants the best for her clients. Communication, negotiation, and overall experience was wonderful and we cannot recommend her enough!

So great! I was a realtor for 14 years in Ontario, and when I buy out of my area, it is critical to me that I get professional help that knows the local market like the back of their hand. I don't want just a friendly face...I want knowledge, experience, a can-do attitude, AND the effort to back it all up (a.k.a: I'm the worst client). I have used other realtors before, and I interviewed seven in Regina. Deb wins. Hands down. I think she is top-shelf, A1++ quality, fantastic! My family of four is moving to Regina in the Summer 2024. My wife and I had a Monday to Friday house-hunting trip to a city we didn't know during a time of historically low housing inventory, so every minute counted. The stress and anticipation was high, but Debra handled everything like a champ. Before our visit, Deb walked us through everything we needed to know about Regina real estate: She outlined the process, provided local contacts for financing, insurance, inspections, etc and also gave great advice on neighbourhoods, hotels, etc. She also gave her time and leveraged her team for a few virtual showings ahead of time. This helped us understand what was waiting for us once we landed. After 8 hours of airports and airplanes on the Monday, we landed in Regina to a smiling Debra with deli sandwiches, cold drinks, and some cookies. This saved us for the day ahead! Deb guided us through a Monday afternoon and evening of house viewings and a plan for Tuesday. By the end of the day on Tuesday, we had seen all the homes, learned the neighbourhoods, and refined a list of second viewings for Wednesday. Ahead of all of this, Debra also had a home inspection time slot pre-booked for us on Thursday. Wednesday was a day of final reviews, big decisions, and an offer...but we lost under multiples. And so, a few more last-minute showings took place on Wednesday and led to an accepted offer late that night and an inspection the next day. Success? Not yet. Thursday brought surprises from the inspection and a new listing on the market. After intense discussions and an early flight on Friday, we were able to finalize our new home purchase late on Saturday night. Was it stressful? You bet! But the stress was condensed, and now we can plan for our summer move with a firm agreement in hand. Through it all, Deb was positive, encouraging, knowledgeable, and professional. She gave so much of her time and energy. We felt prioritized by her and her team in advance and during our trip to Regina. Debra is a wealth of real estate knowledge and Regina history. I believe that her professionalism, experience, and network made our house hunt result in the best possible outcome.
