Deb was very professional, starting with providing a list of comparable houses on the market & similar houses that had sold along with the average number of days to sell. This helped in deciding the appropriate asking price. Deb took the time to fully explain each step in the process. She recommended a survey and worked with our lawyer to handle some complexities (e.g. encroachment agreement). Best of all, she treated everyone with respect & professionalism. After all, one hopes that both the seller & buyer go away from the transaction satisfied with the result in the end.
