We had a great experience with Mrs Debra Duncan. She made our first time buying a home a wonderful time and made sure we’ve found the right home to fit us and our family. I highly recommend her to anyone that’s planning to buy/sell a home!

Deb went above and beyond to help us sell our home, including sweeping our patio the day we had photos done. She was incredibly helpful in everything start to finish. She calmed me when I was feeling overwhelmed, she answered all of our questions, even the really dumb ones. She walked every step with us and made sure we had all the information we needed. She’s an incredibly honest, smart, funny woman. A true gem! Thank you for everything Deb!

Debra not only has knowledge of real estate but it is obvious that she has a lot of respect from fellow agents and within the industries associated with real estate. This respect can't be bought and is very valuable during the coordination of the multiple moving parts required for a home purchase. We always felt as though things were progressing and we were constantly being educated and incorporated in the potentially overwhelming process of the purchase.
