We have had an excellent experience working with Debra to sell our property. Her communication with us was always very open and clear, and we really appreciated how quickly she responded when we had questions. She did a great job marketing our property; the professional photos and video in our listing highlighted the best features and helped to create a sense of "home" and not just of "house." She regularly checked in with her professional peers and contacts to make sure that our property was top of mind for them, and thus also top of mind for potential buyers. We really appreciated this "word of mouth" promotion! These are not easy times in which to try to read the real estate market, and we did have a couple of false starts in determining an appropriate list price. Through lots of discussion, Deb helped us to better understand the current real estate environment and provided solid guidance in making decisions about pricing strategies. Her attention to detail and knowledge was invaluable as she walked us through the purchase contract and negotiated the sale of our property. She is very personable with a relaxed style, and it is clear that establishing good relationships with her clients is important to her. Debra was awesome. Took time to go through everything as slowly and thoroughly as needed as it was my first time buying a home. Took care of all meetings and paperwork and gave updates throughout everything. Would recommend to anyone.
