Debra is an outstanding agent, full stop. I can't rate highly enough here (5/5 seems too low). If you want/need more detail then keep reading. I happened to luck out and get her on an email request to check out a property. She showed up right on time and was very knowledgeable. That wasn't the house I ended up buying, though (it was already in conditional sale but we checked it out anyway). In the following weeks, Debra more than proved herself a few times over. Debra knows a ton about what to look for in houses (common problems, what to watch out for, and etc.), what they're worth in the current market, potential issues, and just overall a ton about the whole process. It was kind of like having a home inspector, contractor, and real estate agent along for the showing, which is a great resource to have there with you. The listings she showed me were always what I was looking for (even without me explicitly stating). Her input during showings (and after) was invaluable. This was my first time buying and she was such a great help and resource to have throughout the entire process. I really appreciate all of her help and the contacts she had. It absolutely made the entire process so much better and smoother. She's a great person and I get the feeling that she likes working with other great people (translation: listen to her recommendations for inspections, repairs, and etc., haha). She really doesn't mess around, and I appreciate that a lot. I don't mean that she's blunt or something; she is very amiable and easy to talk with. By "not messing around" I mean that she works very hard for you, doesn't waste your time, will give you honest answers, and can provide excellent feedback even before you go in to see a property. She wants you to buy a house, but she's not trying to push you onto anything in particular. It probably sounds cheesy but it's true; she does care that you get a *good* house that YOU want and for a good price, not just any house to make a sale. In addition to the above, she's dependable, diligent, professional, and prompt. The housing market in the past 6 months or so has been incredibly busy and fast-paced. Even with all that running around she is super quick to answer emails, texts, and calls, and follows up ASAP. Her replies and sending copies of forms to me was pretty much instantly as she got them. Also I think two or three times I was driving to see a property and I ended up behind her vehicle while going there. I'm seriously wondering if she has some kind of time machine to get more hours in a day to do all the stuff she does as well as she does, haha. But yeah, I'm super pleased with the whole experience I had in finding and buying a house, and it was all due to her. So I absolutely would recommend her without question! I always keep a eye out for great people to work with, and Debra is one of them.

Working with Deb was fantastic! This was our first purchase and she guided us through the process and always took the time to answer all our questions. She was always a quick text away and responded very quickly! Her knowledge about homes and construction really helped guide us in making our decision! We are super happy in our new home!

Deb took the time to care about our sale. She never stopped trying to show the house and made every effort to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. She made the sale effortless and ensured both parties knew what was going on. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!!

Deb did a top notch job of helping us sell our house. She came in and recommended some value added changes we should look at making prior to listing which we made and resulted in a much higher selling price then we initially anticipated. Her selling/marketing strategy was on point and helped to limit the inconvenience of multiple days of showings. We would definitely recommend Deb to anyone looking for one of Regina's best realtors!
