Debra made the two-year process of both selling and buying a home a true pleasure. We are a busy (not super detail-oriented) family of four and Debra always did her best to ensure we were looked after. If she wasn't free to show us a property, her partner Craig Adam was able to. This was especially important as homes were selling almost the day they came onto the market. Deb made this process fun but also is very practical. (Sometimes these two things don't go together but Deb makes it happen beautifully!). She allowed us to see all sides of every potential purchase or decision. She was always brutally honest but she always had our best interests in mind. She saved us from ourselves more than a few times! Despite it being a crazy real estate market, she always made sure we felt taken care of. Deb provides a lot of "Added Value" She knows a lot about various appliances etc in the home and will point out different things during showings - like dirty furnace filters! She is also on top of what matters to buyers and lets you know what upgrades make the most sense when preparing your home to sell. We are now in our dream home thanks to Deb and Craig's patience and professionalism. We also were able to sell our home with multiple offers for above asking price. It really couldn't have been a better experience. We highly recommend Deb Duncan to anyone looking for someone who gets stuff done and has a bit of fun while doing it. She truly cares about her clients.
