I cannot express how grateful I am to Ana Di Piazza and Team Elfassy. I had my condo on the market for 2 months with no offers. Took it down over the holidays and re-listed with Dave Elfassy in early February. Not only did Ana manage to get multiple offers in just 2 days, we sold for a significant amount over asking within 3 days of listing with Team Elfassy.
